A new report has been added to ZenHR’s Performance Evaluation module allowing HR admins to “export employees' performance evaluation details”, including their OKRs, competencies, and general factors. How to Activate This Feature

Main Menu -> Performance Evaluation Module -> Performance Evaluation Report

You can use the General filters to find your employees’ evaluation records based on the used template, the cycle, the year, employee name and number, the evaluation manager, availability of OKRs, and the evaluation status.

You can use the Professional info filters to find the evaluation records based on your employees’ organizational levels. You can also export your employees’ evaluations based on their results using the Results Details section.

Under the Table Results option, you will be able to show/hide the below details in the exported report:

Employee hierarchy
Evaluation stages dates
Results
Result notes, including evaluation summary, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations
Level scale

Exported Report Types

HR admins will be able to export two types of employee evaluation reports:

Summarized Evaluation Report

This report allows you to export the results of your employees' performance evaluation, including the final notes. Each employee will have one record based on the used template during the same cycle.

Detailed Evaluation Report

This report allows you to export your employees' full performance evaluation details, including their OKRs, competencies, and general factors, while showing the final results for each.

All the exported employee evaluation records will be listed on the report index page. The user will be transferred to the employee evaluation details sheet by clicking the Show link next to the needed record.
