My Time Off Requests

The My Time Off Requests page is designed for employees to manage their time off requests efficiently. This guide will walk you through the process of submitting new requests, viewing existing ones, and managing your requests, whether for yourself or your subordinates.

Accessing the My Time Off Requests Page

1. Navigate to Time Management from the main menu.

2. Under Leaves & Vacations, select My Time Off Requests.
   
    

Submitting a New Time Off Request

1. On the My Time Off Requests page, click on the Request New Time Off button located at the top right of the page.
2. A side panel will appear. Fill out the following details:
   • Request for: Select the employee from the dropdown list (default is yourself, but you can also select your subordinates if applicable).
   • Time Off Type: Choose the type of leave (e.g., Annual Vacations).
   • Date: Select the start and end date for the time off.
   • Amount: The system will automatically calculate the number of days based on the selected dates.
   • Notes: Add any relevant notes to your request (optional).
   • Attachment: Upload any supporting documents (optional).

3. Once all the necessary details are filled in, click on the Request button at the bottom of the panel.

Managing Your Time Off Requests

• View Request Details:
  • In the My Requests tab, you can view all your time off requests along with their status. Click on the View button next to a request to see its details.
  • The Time Off Details panel will show all relevant information, including the Approval Cycle and Time Off Balances.
• Withdraw or Request to Cancel:
  • If your request is still pending, you can withdraw it by clicking on the Withdraw button within the Time Off Details panel.

  • If your request is approved, you can request to cancel it by clicking on the Request to Cancel button within the Time Off Details panel.

Managing Subordinates' Requests
 

1. Switch to the Subordinates' Requests tab to view and manage requests from your team.
2. Similar to your own requests, you can view details and withdraw requests for your subordinates.
